Champion in the Darkness is a YA Christian Fantasy about Clara, a young swordswoman apprentice. When the Dark Sisterhood and the Drinaii attack the capitol of Septily, Clara is forced to flee with a ragtag group of survivors. They will return, but only the power of the Champion can break through the darkness.

Very nice to meet you through NaNoReviMo-- and very glad to jump on board your blog! Sounds like you have a lot of exciting events happening.
I'm a big fan of second breakfast, but not as up on hobbits, so I'll have have to pass on the fest. I wish you the best of luck with it, though (and with the myriad other things you're taking part in over the next couple months).
As a side note, my 2-year-old nephew dressed as a hobbit for Halloween this year, and was completely adorable, or dare I say it... precious.

This sounds like such a fun blogfest. But I have to be honest... I haven't read The Hobbit... is the story very long?
I've noticed that the blogosphere is full of exciting events! There's too much going on!!
michelle - it's a regular novel length story . . .but it's a fast read and well worth it!
