I love celebrations - big or small. They are wonderful!
However, I am changing my blog schedule to: totally random.
Not really a schedule, I know.
I'm going to be hiding out in my writing cave a bit more. I still plan on hosting some 1 Word Interviews, meeting with IWSG each month, and checking in with Write1Sub1. I'll still be here some Fridays to Celebrate!
But I won't be here every Friday, partly because ski season is finally here. Unlike most of the US, the Pacific Northwest is just beginning to get snow . . . in the mountains. So, for the next two months, most of my Fridays will be on skis - or ski boards/snow skates (short) for me, long skis for my girls, and a snowboard for my hubs.
So, this week, I'm celebrating:
1. Vik from Viklit for being awesome!!!
2. Vik from Viklit for creating Celebrate the Small Things!
3. All the Celebrate the Small Things participants!
and
4. Getting two awesome e-mails this week with acceptances for two poems!
5. Writing every day!
6. Keeping my resolutions - so far, so good!
7. Tap dancing - because that's what my kids are doing as I write this post late Thursday night, and what I plan to do in just a minute.
What are you celebrating this week? And have you ever gone random on your blog?

Go skiing! That sounds more fun than hanging out here.
So happy for you about your poems, yay!! Hope you had fun tap dancing. :)
Lots to celebrate. Have fun skiing :)
My entire blog is random, other than Time Machine on Friday. For me, it's not about discipline, but expression.
Dance, dance, dance … and always find something to celebrate! :)
Have fun - skiing, dancing, and writing! :)
Congrats on the poems! Exciting ;)
And have fun with going to ski. We'll catch you when you're around. Happy weekend!
I'd rather be skiing! Have Fun, enjoy life!
Have fun skiing :)
I'm celebrating writing 38K since November!
LOL, my own posting schedule is often random, too. Embrace it happily! ;)
And wow, two of your poems were accepted? That's awesome! Congrats!
How lovely to be part of your celebrations, I feel honoured! Thank you! Really I celebrate everybody joining in the fun! :)
Hurrah to poem acceptances!
Have fun skiing. Congrats on the acceptance of the two poems.
Congrats on the poems! Exciting! <3
So glad you're on board for Write1Sub1 this year -- 2014's gonna rock.
So great to hear about your 2 poems, woo! Congrats. Excellent you ski and get exercise too. Good luck with the random blogging! I haven't tried that, but I've been doing twice-a-month posts now (1st & 3rd Weds). Is working well. :)
Fun, Tyrean! I live in Utah and have never been skiing... tragic, really!!! :)
you are a skiing fiend!
and sweet celebrations!
tap dancing? thats a new one!
happy monday!
Tap dancing sounds like a great way to get exercise and have fun. Celebrate Tyrean!
Enjoy your writing cave!! It's a great place to be :)
I love it when you do these posts. They always make me smile and remind me of the blessings in my own life.
My blog and I are nothing but random. The one time I skied I saw Harry Connick, Jr. I have a moustache keychain that says "Well hello there." I brought a banana to work today.
Keep celebrating your small successes. And embrace the random!
Sounds like a good non-schedule. And skiing sounds like fun. I've always wanted to go one of these days. Congrats on the acceptances!
Celebrating the good sounds like a great thing.. I think I'll take a leaf from your book!
YAY SKIING :D
Yay on acceptance of your poems! I haven't been skiing in years and I mostly did cross country. My knees won't take it anymore. sigh...but have fun. It's grand to be outside regardless of the weather!
No, I can't say I've ever done random postings on my blog. I pretty much maintain a MWF schedule. Usually WF are guest spots and Mondays are my blog day.

Pretty much all my thoughts are random! THat's what happens after you teach middle school too long ;-)
Skiing instead of blogging? Yep. That's a no-brainer. Have fun.
Have fun skiing! Congrats on getting your poetry recognized. That's amazing! #WriteMotivation
Yay for tap dancing. That's a great thing to celebrate.
Random can be a good thing. Have fun with the snow!
