Love the part about never losing your passion!
ReplyDeleteAnd good for you on the biking! I've slacked off a bit but hope to get back on track next week/month. :)
Good job on your biking and progress on your writing project. Even some progress will add up.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
It's great to have an inviting desk and congrats on the biking!
ReplyDeleteHi, Tyrean, Hi everyone...
ReplyDeleteThanks for featuring me today Tyrean... Seems everyone is "curious" about my "Flash" word. LOL.
I use it mostly in "flash a smile...." So get those minds out of the gutter... LOL.
GREAT that you are riding 3-4 days a week. Fitness is so important for the MIND and BODY...
SInce my unpredictable accident, I can't work out ... only walk. Just about another month of healing for my broken wrist and I will be able to get back to my gym workouts... I can't wait... The holidays are coming and I have lots of wonderful baking planned.. LOL.
Michael, love your writing advice. Sporadic is my writing state too at the moment.
ReplyDeleteAlex - yes, Michael's writing habits are sounding similar to mine at the moment.
ReplyDeleteL. Diane - Michael's overused word both put my mind in the gutter, and then made me think of Flash Gordan . . . so it's interesting the connotations we find in just one word.
Shah - Thanks!
Madeline - I love Michael's advice too.
Deanie - Thanks! I'm just taking it one step at a time.
Maurice - Michael's desk sounds wonderful! I'm not sure I could describe my workspace that way, and now that I've read his word, I think I need to make some changes.
Michael - Thanks for joining me, and letting me tease you a bit about "flash." I also think about Flash Gordon when I hear that word. I love that your character's flash smiles :) - that totally fits you.
Rachna - his advice is great! And he's lived it out with his recovery.
ReplyDeleteLoved it! Interesting overused word... now I want to know why!!! (Great way of pulling us in as readers lol)
ReplyDeleteYay for keeping up with the biking, that's awesome ;)
SK - I agree. His overused word is really interesting - he explains it a bit in a comment. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks!
I stopped by for your celebration, but I enjoyed the one word interview. Congrats on making a little bit of progress on your work. I'm impressed with riding your bike, no excuses for you.
ReplyDeleteGreat words! "Atmospheric" is a personal favorite of mine :)
ReplyDeleteLove the advice about not losing your passion!
ReplyDeleteAnd wow, you're biking 3-4 days a week? Impressive!
Michael is awesome and great interview! :)
ReplyDeleteI had no idea how a one-word interview would work - but this is genius! It's amazing how much one word can reveal. And yes, I'm quite familiar with Michael's awesome creativeness & ability to make one feel special. :)
ReplyDeleteMichael is so awesome. Love your interview with him!
ReplyDeleteLoooooved Michael's words. They were all so HIM! What a fun interview idea. Totally loved this.

Its great to get to know Michael a little better, one word at a time!
ReplyDeleteIntrigued about "flash". Maybe Michael has a photographer in his novella - there's a clean explanation for you! Fun interview.
ReplyDeleteInviting is better than the growing piles on my desk. Happy week to you, Tyrean, and to Michael.
